Welcome to Playtura! These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Playtura regarding your access to and use of our quick games application and related services. Playtura is designed for users of all ages - teens, adults, and families can all enjoy our engaging gaming experience. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Playtura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the app.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

Playtura welcomes users of all ages! If you are 18 or older, you may use Playtura independently. If you are between 13-17 years old, you may use the app with parental guidance and consent. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and supervise your use of the app. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Description of Service

Playtura is a gaming application that provides 50+ quick, engaging games designed for users of all ages — from teens to adults and families. All games in the application are currently completely free to play. Our games span multiple genres including Puzzle, Action, Arcade, and Strategy, offering entertainment, skill building, and fun challenges for everyone. Our services include:

• 50+ games across categories: Puzzle (Block Blast, 2048, Sudoku, Bubble Shooter, Candy Crush, and more), Action (Fruit Ninja, Car Racing, Bike Racing, Space Fighter), Arcade (Flappy Bird, Pac-Man, Snake 3D, Dino Jump, Whack A Mole), and Strategy (Ludo King, Tic Tac Toe, Dots and Boxes)
• 100% offline gameplay — all games work without an internet connection
• Score tracking and achievement systems
• Global leaderboards and competitive features
• User profiles with game progress saving via Google or Apple sign-in

6. Advertising and Monetization

Playtura displays advertisements through Google AdMob to support our free gaming experience. By using the app, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ads (including banner, interstitial, and native ads) may be displayed during gameplay or between games
• Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and interaction data to serve and optimize ads
• Personalized ads may be shown based on your interests and app usage, subject to your consent where required by law
• You may opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or by declining consent when prompted
• Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and is not endorsed by Playtura
• You interact with advertisements at your own risk; we are not responsible for third-party products or services
• You must not click on ads repeatedly, use automated tools to interact with ads, or encourage others to click on ads

Google AdMob's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Advertising Policies.

Future Premium Features

All games and features in Playtura are currently completely free. The app is supported by minimal, non-intrusive advertising via Google AdMob. We may introduce optional premium features or in-app purchases in the future. If and when premium features are introduced, they will be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and any applicable terms, pricing, and policies will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. The core gaming experience will remain free.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Playtura, including games, graphics, sounds, text, code, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

8. User-Generated Content

Playtura includes community features that allow you to create and share content, including drawings, posts, comments, usernames, and profile information. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable will be removed and the offending account suspended or permanently banned.

You can report inappropriate posts via the post menu ("Report Post") and block abusive users ("Block User"). All reports are reviewed and actioned within 48 hours. We actively moderate community content and reserve the right to remove posts or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Technical Requirements and Connectivity

Playtura requires:

• A compatible mobile device with sufficient storage and processing power
• Internet connection for online features, leaderboards, and updates
• Up-to-date operating system and app version for optimal performance

You are responsible for maintaining your device, internet connection, and any associated costs. Some features may not be available offline.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Playtura is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content or information

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playtura and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to Playtura at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update Playtura and these Terms from time to time. App updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Changes to these Terms will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Playtura shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

16. App Store and Distribution Platform Compliance

Playtura is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to the terms and policies of the platform from which you downloaded the app:

• Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions
• Google Play Terms of Service

The app store providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, the store's terms shall prevail with respect to matters within their scope (such as payment processing and refunds).
